Sakura Hex Hoops

Inspired by the contrast of budding spring sakura (cherry blossoms) against the starry night sky, these sakura hex hoops are entirely handmade from each petal, to each leaf.

Each petal, stamen, and leaf in is individually shaped and colored with a custom mix of resin. They're then individually cured, trimmed, polished, and sealed. Once prepared, the flowers and leaves are then carefully combined with the hand hammered 14K gold filled hex hoops. A very labor intensive process, but meant to capture the delicate feeling of nature's blossoms.
